Bowden (population ~1,280) sits in Red Deer County, functioning largely as a bedroom community with residents commuting to Red Deer and even Calgary. It’s located near Innisfail, Olds, and Caroline.
Delburne (population ~920) is a village in Red Deer County along Highway 21, home to the Anthony Henday Museum and near the Delburne Lakes.

Elnora (population ~290) is a small village in Red Deer County along Highway 21, north of Three Hills — genuinely small-scale, rural Alberta living.
